1.  How do I order?

Navigate through the menu categories to look for your desired products. Click on the product picture to bring you to the product details page. Once there, you will be able to view all the designs available for that product.

Select desired quantity and colour (if applicable). Click “Add to Bag”.

Once you added all the items that you want, click “Shopping Bag” at the top right hand corner of the website and check out the items.

Choose “Guest Checkout” if you do not want to check out with an account. If not, click “Checkout” and log in to your account. Proceed with the payment instructions.

Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is/are only secured upon submission of payment.

2.  I have problems bagging out an item. What should I do?

If you are unable to bag out the items, chances are that the items are already out of stock. You may want to check the site again to check on the availability of the item.


3.  What is Back Order?

This means that the item is currently unavailable for shipment pending the arrival of a new shipment from the supplier (or factory). However, the item can still be bagged out and we will send you an email to inform you on the expected delivery time.  Average waiting time is expected to be between 2-4 weeks. It may take longer during peak period. Once the shipment has arrived, we will deliver the item to you soonest possible. Please place order only if you are comfortable with the waiting period.


4.  What do you mean by "Add to Wishlist"?

You can keep track of the items you are interested in by adding them to your wish list for the future. This saves you time so that the next time you log in, you can just click on your wish list to review the items in view instead of looking around for it again.


5.  My order payment has been verified, when will my items be shipped out?

All orders are checked for its condition, packed with care by hand and dispatched from our office within 3 working days - Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6.  Are exchanges allowed?

Yes, we do allow for exchanges on regular-priced items within 7 days upon receipt as we want you be to happy with you purchases with us. All items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unused and unaltered, with its tag/original packaging intact/undamaged). We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the above condition is not met. 

Kindly note that all items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make extra effort to pack them properly lest they get damaged along the way back to us. We trust that you'll understand that all shipping charges on the exchange will have to be borned by you.

Please contact us at sales@mddiaperbags.com within 7 working days upon receipt to request for an exchange. Items mailed back without prior confirmation will not be entertained.


7.  What to do if I have received a defective item?

We apologise if we have sent you a defective item. Please email us at sales@mddiaperbags.com within 7 working days upon receipt together with a snapshot of the defective item. We will require you to mail back the defective item. Postage charges will be reimbursed once we received the defective item. Kindly note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock.

8.  What to do if I have received an incorrectly sent item?

We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please email sales@mddiaperbags.com upon receipt for assistance. We will require you to mail back the incorrectly sent item. Postage charges will be reimbursed once we received the incorrectly sent item.


9.  Is there warranty on the products from your store?

Just like many non-electronic items in the market, there is no implied warranty of any kind the products sold by by MDdiaperbags, with the exception of our House brand and Bellotte (which we are the exclusive distributor in Singapore). Most of our products carry their own manufacturer's warranty and we will be happy to assist you to contact the manufacturer in Singapore on this aspect. Please note that the warranty terms differ among the individual manufacturer.

10.  Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do participate in roadshows and baby fairs organised by various parties so do subscribe to our newsletter and keep a look out on our Facebook page for the dates of such events where you will be able to meet us face to face :)
